1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your current billing period after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your subscription start date. We will consider refunds in the following situations:

Technical Issues: You experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using our service effectively, despite multiple attempts by our support team to resolve the issue. Examples include:

  1. Software consistently fails to load or crashes
  2. AI generation features are non-functional
  3. Account access issues that cannot be resolved

Billing Errors: You were incorrectly charged due to an error on our part. Examples include:

  1. Duplicate charges in the same billing period
  2. Charges after properly cancelled subscription
  3. Incorrect subscription tier charges

All refund requests are subject to our review and approval at our sole discretion.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the circumstances. Refund requests due to issues beyond our control will not be honored.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind: after the 14-day eligibility period has passed

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Partial or prorated refunds are not available - approved refunds will be for the full amount of your most recent charge
